Details of service
According to request from the customer, pick up cargo from the designated location.
Using our domestic consolidation service in China, transport the cargo to Shanghai CFS or Dongguan CFS.
Stuff container in Shanghai CFS or Dongguan CFS.
Arrange export customs clearance in Pingxiang.
Using container, transport the cargo to the inland CFS in each city of Southeast Asia.
After cargo arrived in the CFS of destination, Consignee arranges import customs clearance and pick up of cargo from CFS (we also can arrange it).

No CFS charge. However, if cargo storage time exceed free time（3 days）in CFS of destination, extra storge （CNY1.50/day/M3 or Ton）shall be charged.
Conditions for international freight
★ Standard freight shall be reviewed every quarter.
★ If cargo storage time exceed free time（3 days including holidays）in CFS of destination, extra storge （CNY1.50/day/M3 or Ton）shall be charged.
★ If special jobs such as customs inspections occur, extra costs shall be charged.
★ Regarding dangerous cargo, only batteries of Class 9 can be transported（need to be confirmed in advance）.
★ If the cargo cannot be stacked or exceeds 120x110x120cm in size or exceeds 500kgs in weight, freight shall be increased by 40%.
★ If loss or damage of cargo occur due to our fault in international transportation（after departure of CFS）, our liability shall be USD5.00/kg or actual price of cargo whichever smaller.
★ Customer shall prepare documents and materials necessary for export custom clearance. In addition customer shall apply for paperless customs clearance in Nanning Customs Area 7200..
★ Customer shall also prepare documents necessary for international transportation（Invoice, packing list & etc. in English）.
Advantage of land consolidation
★ Compared with air cargo, lead time is more, but cost is much lower.
★ Compared with ocean cargo, cost difference is not so much, but lead time is less.
★ Because cargo shall be delivered to CFS of destination, general trade terms（CIF, C&F）can be applied.
★ Door to door services are also available.

★ From Southeast Asia to China land consolidation service is also available.
★ Route：CFS of each city of Southeast Asia－Pingxiang（import customs clearance）－Dongguan/Shanghai CFS.
★ Standard transit time and standard international freight are same as China －Southeast Asia service.
★ Departure days of week are 2 days a week（from Ho Chi Ming one day a week）. Please refer the table on the next page.
