The general manager has a far-sighted vision and is charting the course for the future.

At the annual meeting, the general manager delivered a key address, outlining the company’s five-year survival strategy—with “ensuring survival” as the overarching guiding principle. He also laid out critical priorities for 2026, summarized as “one flagship project and two core tasks.”

Key projects are centered on the “System Three‑Capability Compliance Project,” which entails vigorously advancing the “Digital Huan Dong” initiative to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and management standards through digital technologies. The two core priorities are: first, designating 2026 as the “Huan Dong Anpin Year” to strengthen the company’s safety and quality management; and second, implementing risk‑management measures for the “Four Major Risks”—namely, major safety risks, compliance risks, operational risks, and internal control risks—to ensure the company’s stable and sustainable operations.

The special meeting conducted an in-depth discussion and clarified the work requirements.

During this year’s annual meeting, the headquarters’ various departments organized a series of specialized sessions, providing detailed guidance for the implementation of work in 2026.

The General Office convened a special meeting on safety and quality, emphasizing the importance of these areas and setting forth specific work requirements.

The Operations Division convened a special meeting on cost control, identified instances of waste in daily operations, and issued key directives for cost‑control efforts in 2026.

The Support Department convened a special meeting on carrier management and vehicle operations, during which participants exchanged insights and made arrangements to enhance oversight of the logistics and transportation processes.

The General Office also convened specialized meetings on legal affairs and internal oversight to strengthen the company’s legal compliance and oversight functions and mitigate potential risks.

Haraguchi General organized a training session on quotation terms and liability for compensation, enhancing the relevant personnel’s understanding of and ability to handle quotation and compensation matters.

The Human Resources Center outlined the requirements for workforce compliance, performance appraisal, staffing allocation, and job rotation, providing a clear framework for the company’s human resources management.

Through in-depth study and exchange at these specialized meetings, participants gained a clearer understanding of the fundamental requirements for all tasks in 2026, thereby charting a clear course for implementation. During the sessions, each branch office actively engaged, thoroughly analyzed the issues facing its own organization, and put forward practical, actionable improvement plans, demonstrating a proactive and enterprising work ethic.

Performance appraisal summary and recognition ceremony, inspiring continued progress and advancement.

The annual meeting also provided a comprehensive review of the branch companies’ annual performance‑evaluation results. For those branches that met both the baseline and target thresholds of the annual assessment, the company held a grand awards ceremony to encourage them to sustain their strong momentum in future work and to set an example for other branches.

The annual conference concluded successfully, driving the implementation of our work.

This year’s annual conference concluded successfully, achieving its intended objectives. Following the event, branch‑office executives will return to their respective companies to actively communicate the spirit of the conference and drive the implementation of all work‑related requirements.
