From April 25 to 26, 2026, executives from companies across the country gathered in Shanghai to attend the 2026 Annual Conference. All senior managers from both the head office and branch offices convened to conduct a comprehensive review of the year’s achievements in 2025. At the annual meeting, the general manager delivered a key address, outlining the company’s five-year survival strategy—with “ensuring survival” as the overarching guiding principle. He also laid out critical priorities for 2026, summarized as “one flagship project and two core tasks.”
Key projects are centered on the “System Three‑Capability Compliance Project,” which entails vigorously advancing the “Digital Huan Dong” initiative to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and management standards through digital technologies. The two core priorities are: first, designating 2026 as the “Huan Dong Anpin Year” to strengthen the company’s safety and quality management; and second, implementing risk‑management measures for the “Four Major Risks”—namely, major safety risks, compliance risks, operational risks, and internal control risks—to ensure the company’s stable and sustainable operations.

During this year’s annual meeting, the headquarters’ various departments organized a series of specialized sessions, providing detailed guidance for the implementation of work in 2026.
